FIRST LADY--Diane Holl has reason to smile as she stands at the headquarters for Tasman Motorsports in Hilliard Ohio. Holl, a native of England, is the first woman to be chief engineer of a race car winner in modern Indy car history. After winning the July 14 Molson Indy race in Toronto, Holl's Tasman race car, driven by Andre Ribeiro, took the checkered flag in the July 28 Marlboro 500 held in Brooklyn Michigan.
