SHOW ME THE MONEY--Vice President Al Gore, seen in this 1996 FILE PHOTO, has defended his role in soliciting donations from his White House office. Gore said that "everything I did, I understood to be lawful." However he said that he would not do it again. Gore's fund-raising is the latest problem facing the Clinton adminstration's battle over the propriety of it's campaign financing.
