WORD DAY OF PRAYER--Ruth Anderson, a member of the First Congregational Church, joins in the World Day of Prayer, at the church, in Columbus, Ohio, on Friday, March 7, 1997. The liturgy each year is written by women from one of the 170 participating countries. This year, the 75th year of the event, prayers were prepared by South Korean women on the theme "Like a Seed Which Grows Into a Tree."
