COLDWATER FISHERMAN--Carter Pardue, of Lancaster Ohio, braves the cold to do a little fishing at Buckeye Lake Ohio, on Tuesday, March 26, 1996. With temperatures in the low 20's and wind gusts hitting 20 mph it was too cold for the fisherman to hold his gear.
