WATER TOWER FALLS--The water tower of the old Ohio Penitentiary comes down as demolition of the 1800's structure gets underway, in Columbus, Ohio, on Wednesday, March 26, 1997. Franklin County voters will decide in May whether to finance an arena and soccer stadium for the site.
