LAST HURRAH--Janet Folger, legislative director for Ohio Right to Life, spends her last day on the job lobbying Rep. Jerome Luebbers, D-Cincinnati, at the Ohio Statehouse, in Columbus, Ohio, on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 1997. The Ohio House passed two bills which Folger promoted. H.B. 395 which would require state employees to pay if they want abortion coverage in their insurance plans, and H.B. 421, which would require women to meet with a doctor at least 24 hours prior to undergoing an abortion, and parental consent for minors.
