DON'T TAX HAPPINESS AND FUN--Gordon Sheerer, a lobbyist for Kings Island amusement park, testifies before the Senate Finance Committee in opposition to Plan B for funding public schools, at the Ohio Statehouse, in Columbus, Ohio, on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 1997. Plan B would add a sales tax for parks such as Kings Island, located near Cincinnati. Sheerer, a former state Rep. began his testimony by stating "that rather than talk about misery and woe," he was "here to talk about happiness and fun," he said.
