HAUNTED STATEHOUSE--A mannequin stands on a window ledge of the cupola, at the Ohio Statehouse, in Columbus, Ohio, on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2000. The doll represents 10 year-old Mary Estell, who fell, from what was then an observation deck, in the 1880's.
