HERE'S BRIGHTSTER--Brightster, the mascot of Capital Holiday Lights, is joined by the Capital Holiday Lights Dancers during a preview of the celebration, at the Ohio Statehouse, in Columbus, Ohio, on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 1997. The annual event will run from Dec. 12-23 on the grounds of the Ohio Statehouse.
