ELECTRIC DEREGULATION--State Sen. Bruce Johnson, R-Westerville, and Rep. Pricilla Mead, R-Columbus, take part in a news conference concerning a plan to deregulate Ohio's $11 bilion a year retail electric industry by the year 2000, at the Ohio Statehouse, in Columbus, Ohio, on Thursday, Dec. 18, 1997.
