OHIO'S FIRST WOMAN GOVERNOR--Nancy Putnam Hollister is sworn in as Ohio's 66th Governor, at the Ohio Statehouse, in Columbus, Ohio, on Thursday, Dec. 31, 1998. Hollister will serve until Jan. 11 when Republican Bob Taft, elected to a four-year term is sworn in. Hollister succedes George Voinovich who was elected to the U.S. Senate.
