SUPREME DINING--Ohio Supreme Court Justice Evelyn Stratton has lunch at The Capital Cafe, on the opening day of the cafeteria, located on the lower level of the renovated Ohio Statehouse, in Columbus, Ohio, on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 1997. The previous dining spot was operated from the mid-1950's until the summer of 1993 when the restoration project began. It was a gathering place for legislators, lobbyists, and the Statehouse Press Corps.
