TAFT BUDGET--Gov. Bob Taft hols a mini-cd version of his proposed $49.2 billion two-year budget, at the Riffe Center, in Columbus, Ohio, on Monday, Feb. 3, 2003. For the first time the state did not print a book outlining the budget, instead going with the mini-disc to save money, which led the governor to joke that "We started with a round disk, but because of the budget we had to shave it."
