
EDUCATION GOVERNOR--Ohio Gov. George Voinovich is all smiles as he recognizes 22 outstanding Ohio teachers during a ceremony at the Riffe Center, in Columbus, Ohio, on Friday, Feb. 7, 1997. The teachers received the Governor's Education Leadership Award for gaining national certification through the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Ohio leads the nation in providing comprehensive incentives and rewards to teachers who seek and achive National Board Certification.

OUTSTANDING TEACHER--Teresa Weidenbusch is recognized by Ohio Gov. George Voinovich as one of 22 Ohio teachers to receive the Govenor's Education Leadership Award, at the Riffe Center, in Columbus, Ohio, on Friday, Feb. 7, 1997. Weidenbusch is an art teacher at the nationally renown Fort Hayes Academic and Art School, in Columbus, Ohio.

SQUEEZE BOX MAN--A Columbus street musician, who goes by the name of, Bill Gwatter, plays his accordian for the lunch time crowd in front of the Rhodes Tower, in Columbus, Ohio, on Friday, Feb. 7, 1997. Gwatter has been missing from his usual spot for the past couple of months, and the pedestrians seemed happy to see him back on his stage.
