ROUNDING THIRD, HEADING FOR HOME--Construction of the Bill Davis Stadium, which will be the new home of the Ohio State University Baseball Buckeyes, enters the final phase, in Columbus, Ohio, on Friday, Feb. 21, 1997. The Buckeyes will play their first game at the $4.7 million park, which will seat 3, 000 fans, on March 14 against Eastern Michigan. The official dedication will be on May 2 in a game against Penn State.
