Elizabeth Dole, wife of Republican presidential nominee Bob Dole, holds a tiny chair that she called a "Clinton rocker" during her appearance in Dresden Ohio, on Monday, Sept. 9, 1996. Mrs Dole said that the rocker "doesn't rock front to back. It rocks right, left, right, left."


WORKING THE CROWD--Elizabeth Dole, wife of Republican Presidential nominee Bob Dole, holds a letter during an appearence at the Longaberger Basket Co. in Dresden Ohio, on Monday, Sept. 9, 1996. The letter was sent to her father-in-law by the State Department, informing him that his son was wounded in action during World War II.
