ANOTHER TERM LIMIT GOODBYE--Rep. Sally Perz, R-Toledo, seen in this June 1999 file photo, announced that she was leaving the House to take a job with the University of Toledo at double her legislative pay. Perz, quoted in a Toledo Blade story, said that "I'm not going to be a legislator, but I'm not going to be totally removed from the process." Legislators on both sides of the aisle are fleeing the General Assembly citing term-limits as the cause, as they seek other opportunities instead of completing their elected terms.
