HE WHO LAUGHS LAST--Former senator and 1996 Republican presidential nominee Bob Dole shares a laugh with Ohio Attorney General Betty Montgomery, at the expense of Bill Clinton, during a news conference, in Columbus, Ohio, on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 1998. Dole was in Ohio to raise funds for Montgomery's re-election campaign.
