HOSTAGE SAGA ENDS--James M. Dailey of Washington Courthouse, Ohio, is led out of the William H. Green Building by Ohio Highway Patrol officers following a seven-hour standoff at the building which houses the Ohio Bureau of Worker's Compensation, in Columbus Ohio, on Wednesday, Nov 13, 1996. No one was injured when one of the hostages overpowered the gunman.
