THE GREAT SEAL--Loren Schmelzer puts the finishing touches on the Great Seal of the State of Ohio in the statehouse gift shop located in the lower level on Tuesday, May 7, 1996, in Columbus Ohio. The 300 pound stain glass seal was orginally installed in the rotunda in 1926.
